
Background:
Real estate brand from Ahmedabad, Gujarat enters a highly competitive market of Pune with two iconic projects – Shaligram Sky and Shaligram Pavillia. The group was expecting to gain a premium position and rates given its luxurious offerrings.
Task:
The brand is new to Pune. Hence getting it into the consideration set of Pune consumers was a herculian task.
Action:
We built curiosity with attention grabbing teasers and organized a grand launch with impactful site branding and unforgetful experience at the sales office. Outdoor and print media were used extensively to spread the message.
Result:
Both the projects were talk of the town and there was excitement among buyers resulting in good no of footfalls at the site.
